How long does it take to receive my piece?

All Niadira pieces are made to order. Your piece will be handcrafted and delivered within 4 to 6 weeks of your consultation and deposit being confirmed.

How does the custom measurement process work?

After you submit your inquiry, we will contact you by WhatsApp or email. We will send you a simple measurement guide so you can take your measurements at home, or we will arrange a virtual consultation to walk you through it.

How do I choose my fabric?

During your consultation, we will share fabric options with you based on your style, occasion, and preferences. We source premium brocade, jacquard, and African print fabrics.

Do you accept returns?

Because every piece is custom-made to your exact measurements, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to making sure your piece fits perfectly. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will make it right.

What is the deposit?

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your order and begin sourcing your fabric. The remaining 50% is due before dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to the UK, USA, Canada, and Europe. Shipping costs will be confirmed during your consultation.
